Bodmin Bike Hire

We are based a short throw from some of Cornwalls best cycling routes. Our shop is just 1 mile from Cardinham woods and Lanhydrock trail centers. We also have ample FREE parking available at our store. 

 

Group booking available

 

We advise pre booking to avoid disappointment you can do this via telephone during opening hours. All bookings must be pre paid for and are non refundable. Cycle hire on Sundays is available by appointment only. 

 

Mountain biking is an all weather sport so refunds will not be given unless the woods are closed due to extreme weather conditions.

​

Last hires leave at 1pm to allow you to be back for closing at 5pm weekdays and 4pm weekends.

 

We have a range of mountain bikes ready on site to hire in both Hard tail and Full Suspension models.

Adult Hard tail   -    £22 per day or £80 5 days

             

Full Suspension -  £55 (Booking essential)

Each hire includes a helmet. 

 

We ask all our customers to respect woodland areas and other users. If you see walkers please slow, make your self known (say hi), for Horse riders we ask our customers to stop and pull to the side of the trail to let them past. Most of all have fun and enjoy the beautiful trails and take your litter to the bins provided.

Please note for large group bookings, educational, corporate and military bookings we will need a minimum of seven days notice if your group numbers change. This allows us to place your reserved bikes in fair time with another group. failure to do so will result in you honoring the original quote / invoice amount. 

​

All bikes are supplied in fully operational order this is how we expect them back.

If the bikes are damaged in any way you will be charged for the parts broken. Please take into account are bikes are not cheap and neither are the replacement parts, so we advise to ride within your capabilities.

What you need

So you want to hire some bikes and experience Cornwalls premiere cycle spots

 

We recommend you bring a rucksack to carry a drink and appropriate clothing. Skate shoes or trainers are a good option, we would also suggest light weight breathable clothing to keep you cool on the move. Open toe foot ware is a no no so hire will be refused if inappropriate foot ware is worn. A Helmet is supplied with every hire we expect this to be worn by you for your safety. 

 

You will need to bring with you your photo drivers licence or passport, along with your credit or debit card for payment and for security reasons.
